All our teams are raring to go and there will be no compromise when it comes to quality and service.

First and foremost will of course be the safety and health of our staff and our guests and you can be assured that we will be complying with all government requirements, regulations and standards as well as adding a few of our own.

One thing is very clear. Our core values relating to quality and standards will be as before. Our relationship with our local suppliers are precisely as they were and there will be no compromises when it comes to quality and continuing to serve the finest local produce.

Over the years I've tried to come back to Fishers with friends and each time they are blown away by the quality the restaurant gives. It's not a budget place so don't expect cheap dishes served quickly, if you want a dining experience this is where to come, fish dish heaven.
