All our teams are raring to go and there will be no compromise when it comes to quality and service.
 
First and foremost will of course be the safety and health of our staff and our guests and you can be assured that we will be complying with all government requirements, regulations and standards as well as adding a few of our own.

One thing is very clear. Our core values relating to quality and standards will be as before. Our relationship with our local suppliers are precisely as they were and there will be no compromises when it comes to quality and continuing to serve the finest local produce.

The original Fishers, nestled on the historic Shore in Leith. Set in a 17th Century watchtower, Fishers in Leith is still winning awards 20 years after it first opened. Dined here for the first time recently and have to say it has to be one of the best dining experiences ever. The food was fabulous, delicious, excellent in every way. Staff were wonderful. Will definitely return.

"Best Seafood Meal!"  

Went to Fishers for a early lunch, the meals were outstanding!, I had the salmon with broth which was very good, my father had whole Bream it was very fresh and he enjoyed it immensely, the restaurant is very welcoming with excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend this very lovely restaurant. The mussels were very good.

"Simply brilliant - don't think about it, just go!" 

This is what eating out should be about. Simply put great food, great service 10 mins from the city center. I could write huge verbiage on why you should go, going into huge detail around the dishes chosen, brilliant staff etc. However I will not. Just go, don't bother reading 200 reviews on other restaurants on the basic principle that you like great food if not don't there are a myriad of average food establishments that I am sure would be delighted to part you from your hard earned money (I have regrettably eaten in more than my fair share).
