All our teams are raring to go and there will be no compromise when it comes to quality and service.
First and foremost will of course be the safety and health of our staff and our guests and you can be assured that we will be complying with all government requirements, regulations and standards as well as adding a few of our own.

One thing is very clear. Our core values relating to quality and standards will be as before. Our relationship with our local suppliers are precisely as they were and there will be no compromises when it comes to quality and continuing to serve the finest local produce.

Fish just tastes better when you eat it by the water - a fact The Shore's branch of Fishers has made the most of for over 20 years. This is a classic bistro: busy, buzzy, not particularly trend-led(and all the better for it) It's hard to think of an occasion that wouldn't be enhanced by a visit.

Wonderful lunch! 

Found this perfect restaurant on trip Advisor. Our taxi driver said you will not be disappointed. How right he was. The setting is very pretty and a friendly welcome was offered once inside. Then comes the food,in one word "Amazing". 

The fish soup, the mussels, fish cakes and good house wine too.
Sticky toffee pudding with clotted cream ice cream and cream, big enough to share. 

Didn't feel rushed and could have stayed all afternoon but rugby beckoned us to the pub two doors along. We will be returning again very very soon.

Award winning Fishers Restaurants has been the last word in Edinburgh's finest casual dining for the last 20 years.
