We are delighted to say that we now will be re-opening our doors and are able to welcome you back to

Fishers Bistro, Leith from Wednesday, July 15th
The Shore Bar and Restaurant from Wednesday, July 15^th

and

Fishers In The City from 1st August.

All our teams are raring to go and there will be no compromise when it comes to quality and service.

First and foremost will of course be the safety and health of our staff and our guests and you can be assured that we will be complying with all government requirements, regulations and standards as well as adding a few of our own.

One thing is very clear. Our core values relating to quality and standards will be as before. Our relationship with our local suppliers are precisely as they were and there will be no compromises when it comes to quality and continuing to serve the finest local produce.

The team is so excited at the prospect of re-opening and we simply cannot wait for the first guests to arrive. We greatly value your loyalty and support.
