One thing is very clear. Our core values relating to quality and standards will be as before. Our relationship with our local suppliers are precisely as they were and there will be no compromises when it comes to quality and continuing to serve the finest local produce.

Great atmosphere - great seafood 

After a wet walk back from Murrayfield and the rugby it was a pure delight to be welcomed at Fishers. We didn't have a booking and it was full but the reception went out of their way to accommodate. Sat at the bar mans had the most fantastic fish chowder ad a wonderful mussels and coley curry dish Great ambience, very friendly - will include in my list of favourites next time I visit Edinburgh
